Resume (English): Ricardo Gacitúa is Professor of Informatics at Universidad de La Frontera (Chile). He received his B.Eng., in Informatics from Universidad de Concepción (Chile) in 1996, his Computer Engineering degree in 1999, his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile in 2004, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Lancaster University (UK) in 2009. From 2008 to 2011, he was a Research Assistant with the School of Computing and Communication at Lancaster University, UK. His research interests include software engineering, requirements engineering, ontology learning, text mining, and artificial intelligence. He has chaired the 36th International Conference of the Chilean Computer Science Society (SCCC 2017), and the Latin-American Symposium on Software Engineering (CIbSE 2016). Dr. Gacitua's awards and honors include the ORSA Award (Overseas Research Students Awards Scheme, UK), and the British Computer Society Specialist Group on Artificial Intelligence - Outstanding Paper. He was named a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS) in 2010. He has given numerous international conferences in the field of Software Engineering, and lectured in several graduate programs including UK, Chile, Colombia among others. He is currently a visiting foreign professor in the PhD program at U. Francisco José de Caldas, Bogotá, Colombia. He has been director of several research projects, author of research articles, creator of the R&G Methodology (Rapid and Global) and has been involved in several initiatives to transfer best practices to the software development industry.

Resume: Passionate about connecting Computing and Law, Juliana Saraiva uses her training to boost research and innovation in creating Information Technology solutions that improve Security in the Digital Society. With a solid academic background, she has a degree in Computer Science and Law, with a specialization in Data Protection - LGPD, a master's degree in Computer Engineering, a PhD in Computer Science, all with an emphasis on Software Engineering, and is a post-doctoral student in Information Security, further enhancing her expertise in this area through the EXIN certification in LGPD Data Protection and Privacy. She is currently a lawyer, professor at UFPB in the Computer Science and Information Systems courses, member of the National Association of Data Privacy Professionals (ANPPD), co-founder and board member of the Potiguar Institute of Technology and Society (IPTecS), advisor of the Brazilian Association of Women in Legal Careers (ABMCJ/RN) and coordinator of the Research Group on assistive technology, DIGITAL AUTONOMOUS. Her interdisciplinary performance and commitment to privacy and innovation position her as an expert in Information Technology and Law.
