It offers a packed programme of performing arts; unique neighbourhoods to stroll through during the long days, and exquisite local gastronomy and cocktail bars to enjoy during the night; spaces to share among friends, and spaces to meet new ones.
Its architecture blends classical and modern building styles. At the heart of the city, Plaza de Mayo is surrounded by important nineteenth-century buldings, including Casa Rosada, the iconic presidential home. Must-see attractions include Teatro Colón, a majestic opera house founded in 1908, and MALBA Museum of Fine Arts, which houses one of the best collections of Latin American art.
